How do I know what size storage unit to rent?
Whether you need to store a few boxes or the contents of a studio apartment, we want to make sure you get the most value from your storage space. Speak with one of our leasing consultants for more information. We’re here to help!
Is a reservation required?
Reservations are recommended, either through our online system, over the phone, or at our leasing office. To cancel a reservation, simply give us a call.
What kind of leasing terms do you offer?
Keepers Self Storage units are leased on a month-to-month basis, in order to offer our clients the greatest flexibility. We do ask that you notify us not less than 5 days before you plan to vacate your storage unit, and empty the space on or before the last day of your agreement, to avoid the next month’s charges.
What are my payment options?
We accept major credit cards, with the option to sign up for an automatic payment plan that pays your bill directly every month from your credit card account. Online bill pay makes it easy to make a payment on your schedule, from virtually anywhere. You may mail a check directly to our leasing offices, or drop by and make a payment by cash, check, or credit card in person.
Do I need insurance?
Yes. Many homeowner and renters policies will cover your stored belongings. Just bring in a copy of your policy’s declaration page when you sign your lease. Our office also offers affordable tenant insurance through a reputable provider.
Does my unit require a lock?
All units do require a lock. You may provide your own, or purchase one at our office.
Do you have packing supplies?
Keepers Self Storage carries a full inventory of moving and packing supplies, from every size box, to bubble wrap and tape. Supplies can be ordered online with free delivery.
Is identification required to lease a storage unit?
Yes, to rent a unit you will need to provide an up-to-date government-issued photo ID.
Does Keepers Self Storage locations hold auctions?
Yes, we schedule and hold auctions. Call our office or check our webpage for details regarding dates and times.
