Rental of a storage space is determined by the total size of the items being stored. Our goal is to assist you in selecting the size unit that will both fit your property, while still allowing the space you need to keep your things well organized and readily accessible.

Self-Storage Space Rental Agreement: For your protection, we will provide a written agreement for our storage services. Make sure to read through it thoroughly and ask any Keepers storage consultant to answer any questions that you may have. If you change your address or phone number, please be sure to notify us in writing.

Insure Your Goods: The goods you store with Keepers are the sole responsibility of the owner. Keepers does not insure the goods you store in our facilities. Our consultants will be able to provide you with the names of insurers who provide low-cost insurance coverage for your goods. Many times your homeowner or renter’s insurance policy will cover your storage items at no extra charge.

Prohibited Storage Goods:Common sense and state laws determine what may be stored. Never store live animals, perishables, liquids, explosives, flammable liquids and fuels, toxic materials, or other items that need a controlled environment. Remember to drain the fuel from gasoline engines before storage.
